SHIPPING GUID

1.Regarding 2 main shipping methods:

We have 2 main warehouses in the US and EU. We will ship the products within 24 hours after order received (except holidays) and send you the tracking number. You will expect to receive the sex doll in about 3-4 days.

We mainly ship by FedEx/UPS and DHL. If you are inconvenient to sign the parcel, package receiving services can accept your deliveries and hold on to them until you’re ready to pick them up. Just send us the address of the business office in your area. 

2.Purchase sex dolls from China

It will take about 2-3 days for the dolls to be shipped since all the dolls shipped from China need to be produced. After the production is completed, we usually ship by FedEx/UPS and DHL, but in this case, if you need to store in For express business offices. In this case you need to provide both the express business office address and your own private address if you are inconvenient to sign the parcel. The private address is for customs clearance.

3.Regarding the shipping charges and duty tax

For customers in the United States and Europe, we provide all free shipping. The price on the website is the final price you pay without any other fees and customs duties. While for customers from other countries, such as Australia, Mexico, South America, and India, please contact our customer service before purchasing.

Note:

If you live in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, we don’t recommend ordering sex dolls under 140cm. For the sex dolls under 140cm will be confiscated by customs, and any loss caused by custom inspection should be charged by buyer.

Packaging

All our sex dolls are shipped confidentially. No label related to the doll on the carton. No one will know what’s inside if they don’t open it

 Tracking information

For all the tracking number of shipped sex dolls, please check the logistics tracking information through FedEx/UPS and DHL’s official website. It usually takes only 10-15 working days to receive the goods.

RETURN POLICY

1.Order cancellation

You can cancel the order within 12 hours after you purchase and a full refund will be issued. Please do contact our customer service in advance If you need to cancel the order after 12 hours. If the order has finished production or shipped, you may need to share part of the cost, Full refund will be issued if no production or delivery

Should there be any damage or product quality issues caused by  transportation after receiving the product, please contact our customer and we will give you a corresponding refund

2.After-sales service

If you find the product defective after receiving, please do not use it. Take a picture and contact us by email within 2 days.

We do not accept returns if product has been used or damaged due to improper use.

For all products purchased at 【oudoll】, we will send doll repair glue for free.
